Our Vision: 

Extraordinary Events, LLC was conceived and developed by owners Susan Hively and Donna Hoff. The owners goal was to provide consulting services rich with innovative and cost effective ideas designed help individuals concerned about remaining within a limited budget. Susan and Donna recognized new marriages plagued with debt on the onset of their joint venture faced unique challenges. They spent a year on their business plan in order to create a budget conscious, eco-friendly, socially aware company dedicated to their motto "Extraordinary Events on Ordinary Budgets". As part of this growing enterprise, they are committed to saving clients more money with their industry knowledge and creative abilities than consumers will spend on their services. For the first phase of business, they established an internet site, www.WellPlannedWeddings.com, as a resource for brides to access certified wedding coordinators via email to answer any event related question at no charge. In addition to this complimentary service, The Wedding Genies provide the full spectrum of event related affordably priced services.  

Experience 

Susan has 16 years of event consulting experience. As a Certified Event Planner, she is delighted to manage large gatherings and enjoys adding her own creative flair to the occasions she coordinates. Susan often designs one of a kind wedding favors, gift baskets or accessories to help her client create a unique and inspired event. Susan experience includes 5 years of experience consulting and coordinating corporate functions.  Donna's background includes 7 years of wedding consulting and planning services. She also has a business degree with an accounting emphasis that enables her to effectively organize and adjust budgets to meet the needs of her clientele. Her business is instrumental in the development and maintenance of Extraordinary Events, LLC numerous online stores.

Scope:

Budget Conscious: Susan and Donna saw the need to offer brides options for their wedding decor that would be not only budget conscious but elegant and appealing. They researched different options and decide the best way to control costs for clients was to acquire merchandise that could be sold at discounted prices. To do this they created several online stores equiped to send high quality merchandise conveniently to your doorstep. www.WellDressedWeddings.com  offers all the accessories a bride would need to create or develop a wedding theme at very economical prices. It's sister site, www.TheWeddingFavorGenie.com , provides a variety of wedding, reception and shower favors for brides to use to continue wedding themes affordably. www.TheBasketGenie.com  is also available as a resource for sale and clearance gift baskets for out of town guests. Currently in development is a virtual wedding coordinator which is scheduled for publishing in the fall of 2007. This unique and wonderful website, www.TheWeddingGenies.com will provide an online resource for contacting vendors with pre-negotiated pricing, email reminders, individually customized web pages to keep family and friends informed of wedding plan developments, among a host of other services and resources geared to assist clients with their Extraordinary Event. Eco-Friendly:  As residents and natives of the pacific Northwest, we choose to honor an preserve our environment. Extraordinary Events, LLC is committed to recycling and using recycled products whenever possible. The owners are physically and financially actively envolved in local clean up efforts.

Social Awareness: Extraordinary Events, LLC supports women's issues by creating events to support women transitioning from our local shelter. These events celebrate the accomplishments of these brave women as they find employment and housing often while in the midst of child rearing. Our coordinators plan holiday celebrations, birthday parties, picnics, and other events as well as provide housewarming gifts for women successfully embarking on their new lives.
